The 2026 National Statistics Day (HSN) commemoration, hosted by BPS (Statistics Indonesia) of Alor Regency, was both solemn and festive. The event was attended and fully supported by the Regent of Alor Regency—represented by the Assistant 1 to the Regent—alongside members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), including the Deputy Chief of Alor Police and a representative from the Alor District Attorney’s Office, as well as heads of regional government agencies (OPD) and representatives from BPS Alor’s partner institutions.
The proceedings began with a commemorative assembly led by the Head of BPS Alor Regency, Agus Sofiana, SST., who reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to serving as a strategic partner to the local government, driven by digital transformation. During this special occasion, BPS Alor Regency also celebrated a significant achievement, ranking 2nd in the progress of the Economic Census within the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, and 49th nationally.
In recognition of their hard work in the field, awards were presented to the Teluk Mutiara District team (for the Best Data Quality) and the Pulau Pura District team (for the Fastest Data Collection). We extend our deepest gratitude to all parties for their synergy, collaboration, and solid teamwork. Let us continue to strengthen our partnership to produce high-quality statistics, contributing to a sovereign, just, and prosperous Indonesia!
