IMPLEMENTATION OF EDITING-CODING SP2020-CONTINUED

#SahabatData, the implementation of the Long Form SP2020 at the Alor Regency BPS is currently at the editing coding stage. Editing coding is an activity that consists of an inspection process, correcting the contents in the event of an error and providing a code to the document by taking into account the rules of editing coding (editing/encoding) that have been determined. The results of editing coding greatly affect the smoothness of the subsequent processing which is also related to data quality. In the process of editing the coding of the LFSP2020 document, great attention is paid to the number, completeness and consistency of the entries in the SP2020-C2 List.

Prior to entering this coding editing stage, the document from the field data collection by the PPL is submitted to the Team Coordinator for inspection as well as filling in the code. From the team, the documents are then submitted to the Koseka for monitoring and brief inspection and then submitted to the coding editing team which is a partner officer who has been selected and given training. Documents resulting from the editing of coding will be sent to the Provincial BPS to proceed to the next stage.
