HOUSEHOLD UPDATING ACTIVITIES NATIONAL LABOR FORCE SURVEY (SAKERNAS) SEMESTER 2022

KALABAHI – The field data collection activity for the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) for February 2022 has been carried out by the Alor Regency BPS since January 27, 2022. This activity will run for the next 1 month, namely February 27, 2022.

Alor Regency in the February Sakernas implementation had a sample of 12 census blocks (BS) or 120 households. Currently, the field activities for the February 2022 Sakernas have entered the stage of updating households in the selected census blocks.

In general, the purpose of collecting data for the February 2022 Sakernas is to provide sustainable basic employment data. In particular, Sakernas aims to obtain estimates of data on the number of working population, number of unemployed, and other employment indicators, as well as representative developments at the national, provincial and district/city levels. In addition, the February 2022 Sakernas also has a specific purpose to collect information related to the impact of COVID-19 on employment in Indonesia. Of course, it is hoped that this survey activity can run smoothly which cannot be separated from the support of all parties involved in it.
